Feedback Center is an add-on designed to allow users of your website to provide feedback. The add-on captures feedback (suggestions) from users of your website and then allows them to discuss or vote on each other's feedback (suggestions). The add-on will then rank feedback accordingly.

Searching the feedback center is relatively simple, you are able to filter by 3 items:-

• Product
• Status
• Keywords

Results are paged for easy access as shown below:-

By clicking on the title on any feedback you are taken to the view page. The view page shows the details about the feedback, allows you to place comments and register votes for a particular piece of feedback. You can also optionally subscribe by checking the checkbox in the top right hand corner.

You can also see how many votes have been registered for this suggestion with the option to vote for it yourself.

Users can also place comments against the suggestion.

On the front search screen, a registered user of your portal is able to submit feedback, as shown below:-

A simple screen is used for the feedback submission.
