Use the Survey module to interact with your customers.
First choose to add an "Announcements" module to the page, pick the pane (area) you want it on the page, if it should be added at the Top or Bottom, how it should be aligned in the pane (left, center or right). And click Add.
Click to change the title, type in the title and click Save.
After adding your survey module. You can add the questions and options. In this sample we have only two questions, but several choices in each.

If you want to survey your members or customers, this is simple way to ask your questions anyway you choose.
You can set whether votes are one vote per registered user or to use vote tracking via cookie.
You choose whether your results are private or public.
You can also export your data if needed. Or clear your results to start over.
Adding or changing questions on a Survey module are easy and here's an example.
If you want them to be able to select one (single selection) or more than one (multiple selections) then just pick that in the Type dropdown box.
View Order is used to organize the questions in the order you like.
To add an option just type it into the new option box and click on the "Add Option". It will be added to the Options list below.
To change the order of the options, click to highlight it, then click the up or down arrow to move it up or down in the list. If you wanted to remove it, click the X.
When done, click the Update link and this will be what all your customers see. If your changes go bad, just click the Cancel and it goes back to what it was. To remove this question from the survey, click the Delete at the bottom.
